We should have known something was up when all of the sudden it seemed as if Daenerys tongue had grown too big for her mouth. And she was grumpy. Really grumpy. Then on Saturday morning I spied the culprit: her first tooth! We are all so excited...except for Daenerys who is still grumpy.
