Portland had it's first snowstorm this winter last Tuesday night. It started around 4 o'clock and before too long we had 3 inches on our deck! We stayed bundled up inside watching the snow fall but about 1,000 cars were abandoned during the evening commute. It's been called "The Worst Commute in Portland History"!
